6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All code, design, graphics, duck skins, effects, sounds, and chaos belong to DuckFather (the creator). You may not copy, clone, sell, or redistribute the game without explicit written permission. (But feel free to link to us — we love that!)

7. Custom Images & Names

You are fully responsible for any images, names, or files you upload. We do not store them permanently — they’re deleted after your session ends. By uploading, you confirm you have the rights to use that content.

8. No Warranty (It’s Free Ducks, Not NASA)

The site is provided “as-is”. We don’t guarantee 100% uptime, perfect performance on every device, or that your favorite duck will always win. Use at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by racing ducks.

9. Advertisements

We show non-intrusive ads to keep the ducks swimming and the servers running. We are not responsible for third-party ad content or links.
